A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired downtime. That’s why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!We have highly accomplished administrators whose sole task is to make certain that your website works exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to accomplish all website migrations as quickly as possible. However, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several variables that you need to consider – the mere size of your website and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always try to perform each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller–sized websites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any personal info. We’ll require, though, the login info for your old hosting account as well as the name of the site that you want to migrate.

A: Your website will work just like it did before with your old web hosting provider. After we are done with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the NS resource records pertaining to your domain name. Your site will be transferred over to us with no downtime.

A: Nah. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yep. We support all conventional Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary site building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
