Auto-responder Emails in Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a few mouse clicks if you are using a Linux hosting package with us. This can be done in the Emails part of our in-house made Hepsia Control Panel where one can see all your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You may either select an email and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and pick the feature in the context menu that will show up. All you have to do will be to type in the text that you'll want to be sent as an automatic reply and save the changes. You can enter any text you want and updating or disabling the auto-responder function is just as easy. In the exact same part of the Control Panel you can check which mail accounts have the option active and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you want to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account from our company, you can add an auto-responder for any email address that you set up in the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All the mailboxes which you have will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and for each of them you will see a small "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the feature, click the icon for a selected email, type in the message that you'd like people to get as the answer to their emails, then save your changes. You will be able to change or remove this text any time following the very same steps. If you'd like to add an auto-responder to a number of email addresses, you can select them and include a message to every one of them at once - a function, which is available in Hepsia and that can save you a lot of time.
